Buynet members (hereinafter referred to as Buynet members) who purchase “My Stock” have read and fully understood the following content and consented to “My Stock” IMPORTANT MATTERS.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
This NFT Membership consists of the right to request that takumi__uemura experiences articles or facilities of corporations (or private businesses) and share their experience and impressions on SNS.

LIMITATION OF USE
This NFT Membership allows to place one request on social media per month. All costs necessary will be borne by the requester who is also the right holder. In case of products, the necessary costs will comprise the price of the required number of products and the shipment fee. In case of facilities, the necessary costs will comprise the usage fee of said facilities, the required accommodation fee, the required service charge, the required product fee or the transportation costs to go to said facilities, return fare comprised. Any request above once a month will require extra charges. ※The required costs for extra post request are described below in the “Charges for extra post(s]” section.

REJECTION OF A REQUEST
A request of this NFT Membership may be rejected due to the nature of the product, the terms of Buynet Terms of Use or the conclusions of the examination of the product. Therefore, we advise our customers to check the notes in the “questions” section of the page where the properties of the products are explained. The Private Office may cancel the providing of “My Stock” due to the violations noted in the
“LIMITATION OF USE AND ANNULATION OF THE RIGHT “section, even if the use of the NFT Membership is already on course.

LIMITATION OF USE AND ANNULATION OF THE RIGHT
Buynet may limit, revoke or forfeit all or part of the use of “My Stock” by the NFT Membership user, without warning in the following cases:
①In case of violation of the “My Stock IMPORTANT NOTES”.
②In case of default of fulfillment of financial debts.
③In lack of reply during a certain length of time, to contacts from Buynet Executive Office or the Private Office.
④In case he or she caused damages to another Buynet member, a third party or another company.
⑤When the subscription information contains false information.
⑥When the Company and a settlement operator have strong reasons to believe N F T Membership registered right holder(s) (when said right holder is a corporate, board members and employees will be included) belong to or are associated with, now or within the past five years, with gang organizations, antisocial forces and any related organizations, antisocial individuals, or any other organization of the same kind (hereinafter referred to as “antisocial forces”) using antisocial forces and any kind of said organizations or individuals, and any association or organizations (hereinafter referred to as “antisocial forces”).
⑦In case the Company or a settlement operator has strong reasons to believe that the right holder (when said right holder is a corporate, employees and board members will be included) is using illegally antisocial forces, are funding or accommodating, or associating with antisocial forces.
⑧Any acts going against the Law or social public decency or deemed to be so.
⑨Any acts that violate the rights of the Company and other members by slandering, defamation and other sorts of backbiting about the Buynet Official Office, the Private Office, the post itself or other members.
⑩Any acts that will damage or hinder assets or private properties of the Buynet Official Office or the Private Office, or the post itself.
⑪Any acts of sabotage against the operation of the services provided by the Buynet Official Office.
⑫Unauthorized registration, the account use of a third party or the act to try any of them.
⑬The act of using the Right by fraud.
⑭Any act causing to Buynet Official Office, the Private Office, the post itself or other members any kind of disadvantage, financial damage, or any act causing discomfort.
⑮Any act of impersonation.
⑯Any act of stocking information about the Private Office, the post itself, other members’ personal information.
⑰Any kind of promotion, advertising, solicitation or sales to other members.
⑱Any act of rewarding directly or indirectly or associating with any kind of antisocial forces.
⑲Any act of using” My Stock” for a purpose different from the original one.
⑳Any acts of using “My Stock” through various accounts.
㉑Any act or behavior the Company should deem inappropriate.
㉒Any other way of using “My Stock”, the Company would deem inappropriate.
㉓When the Right buyer is about to or has lost social credit due to bankruptcy, non-payment, payment delinquency, tax delinquency, criminal procedure(s) or civil lawsuit(s), business slump, insolvency, scandal or criminal arrest(s).
㉔When the Right buyer is committing a fraud.

ABOUT REFUND
There will be no refund of the NFT Membership even when the right to use the service is denied as a result of the examination of qualifications after the purchase of the NFT Membership.
The Company may deny the right of use if any kind of fraud is discovered in the use of the NFT Membership, even when the service is already on course, there will be no refund of the NFT Membership.
The Company will not, under any conditions, refund of the NFT Membership after the purchase of the NFT Membership. The Company may forbid the use of the NFT Membership if the user is using it fraudulently or against the public laws of decency. Even in such case please notice there will be no refund of the NFT Membership.

POST-PURCHASE PROCEDURES
After purchasing the merchandise, please complete the payment and read the instructions contained in the support e-mail we will send you.

TIME FRAME FROM YOUR PURCHASE, TO THE START OF “My Stock”, TO THE COMPLETION
Step①| Online Meeting A fifteen-minute meeting with the person will be held to thank you for your purchase and explain the procedures to come.
Step②| Online explanation of the content of the request The buyer will explain his request in detail.
Step③| Implementation of the online post Get ready to post. You may place your request immediately after the purchase.
Step④| Completion of the online post We will inform the seller when the post has been completed.
Step⑤|  Online additional posts We comply to additional posts requests by means of extra charges.

CHARGES FOR EXTRA POSTS
・If the post requires a business trip: 5,000-30,000 yens
・If the post can be completed at home: 1,000-10,000 yens
・If the post requires a stay: 3,000-20,000 yens
・If the post requires a long term work: 1,000yens – (to be discussed)
・If the post is of medical nature : to be discussed
・If the post presents any other particularities : to be discussed
・We comply to different kinds requests as well.
*The amount of money is only a rough indication and varies from case to case. Please let us know the exact description of your request through the “Question” form.

TRANSACTION FEES
10% will be collected on the purchase price as transaction fees (tax not included).

CONTRACT EXPIRATION
In principle, there is no expiration date to this contract, but “My Stock” will be suspended if the person declares the cease of their activities (total retirement, decease, serious illness, or any other situation that makes it impossible for the person to continue their activities, etc.). Buyers have accepted these risks are included in the price of “My Stock” before their purchase.

THE ROLE OF BUYNET
①Buynet declines any responsibility concerning any transactions or merchandise listed on “My Stock”. The transactions will be carried on under the self-responsibility of each party.
②Buynet declines any responsibility about sellers, bidders, successful bidders and buyers using “My Stock”. Everything will be carried out under each party’s responsibilities.
③Buynet declines any responsibility about sellers, bidders, successful bidders and buyers using “My Stock”. Everything will be carried out under each party’s responsibilities.
④Buynet does not guarantee that any listing is based on legitimate rights.
⑤Buynet does not conduct, consigns nor execute the sales.
