Name of the product: Buynet Membership (hereinafter referred to as the“Right”)Please confirm for yourself the following content before your purchase. This Right sets the conditions of use of the Buynet Membership Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). Buynet Members (hereinafter referred to as “Buynet Members”) have read, understood and agreed completely with the Important Explanations before their purchase of the Service.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
This Right allows the reduction of successful bidding commission of 50% on Buynet, the service run by Sunshare Ltd.

LIMITATION OF USE
You may use the Right without limits. However, the reduction may not be applicable when another time limited reduction is already on course.

REJECTION OF A REQUEST
Sushare Ltd, may have to decline providing The Service due to a violation of the LIMITATION OF USE AND ANNULATION OF THE RIGHT “section.

LIMITATION OF USE AND ANNULATION OF THE RIGHT
Buynet may limit all or part of the Service without warning in the following case:
①In case of violation of the Important Matter Content.
②In case of default of fulfillment of financial debts.
③In lack of reply during a certain length of time, to contacts from Buynet Executive Office or the Private Office.
④In case he or she caused damages to another Buynet member, a third party or another company.
⑤When the subscription information contains false information.
⑥When the Company and a settlement operator have strong reasons to believe a registered right holder (when said right holder is a corporate, board members and employees will be included) belongs to or are associated with, now or within the past five years, with gang organizations, antisocial forces and any related organizations, antisocial individuals, or any other organization of the same kind (hereinafter referred to as “antisocial forces”)using antisocial forces and any kind of said organizations or individuals, and any association or organizations (hereinafter referred to as “antisocial forces”).
⑦In case the Company or a settlement operator has strong reasons to believe that the right holder (when said right holder is a corporate, employees and board members will be included) is using illegally antisocial forces, are funding or accommodating, or associating with antisocial forces.
⑧Any acts going against the Law or social public decency or deemed to be so.
⑨Any acts that violate the rights of the Company and other members by slandering, defamation and other sorts of backbiting about the Buynet Official Office, the Private Office, the contributor him(her)self or other members.
⑩Any acts that will damage or hinder assets or private properties of the Buynet Official Office or the Private Office, or the contributor him(her)self.
⑪Any acts of sabotage against the operation of the services provided by the Buynet Official Office.
⑫Unauthorized registration, the account use of a third party or the act to try any of them.
⑬The act of using the Right by fraud.
⑭Any act causing to Buynet Official Office, the Private Office, the contributor him(her)self or other members any kind of disadvantage, financial damage, or any act causing discomfort.
⑮Any act of impersonation.
⑯Any act of stocking information about the Private Office, the contributor him(her)self, other members’ personal information.
⑰Any kind of promotion, advertising, solicitation or sales to other members.
⑱Any act of rewarding directly or indirectly or associating with any kind of antisocial forces.
⑲Any act of using the Service for a purpose different from the original purpose.
⑳Any acts of using the Service through various accounts.
㉑Any act or behavior the Company should deem inappropriate.
㉒Any other way of using the Service the Company would deem inappropriate.
㉓When the Right buyer is about to or has lost social credit due to bankruptcy, non-payment, payment delinquency, tax delinquency, criminal procedure(s) or civil lawsuit(s), business slump, insolvency, scandal or criminal arrest(s).
㉔When the Right buyer is committing a fraud.

ABOUT REFUND
There will be no refund when the use of the right is denied as a result of the examination of qualifications after the purchase.The Company may deny the right of use if any kind of fraud is discovered in the use of the Right, even when the process has already started. There will be no refund.
The Company will not, under any conditions, refund. The Company may forbid the use of the right if the user is using it fraudulently or against the public laws of decency. Even in such case please notice there will be no refund.

POST-PURCHASE PROCEDURES
After purchasing the merchandise, please complete the payment and read the instructions contained in the support e-mail we will send you.

TRANSACTION FEES
10% will be collected on the purchase price as transaction fees (tax not included).

CONTRACT EXPIRATION
In principle, there is no expiration date to this contract, unless the Service itself is suspended or terminated.

Secondary Sale
①In case of a secondary sale, Buynet will allow transactions between the seller and the successful bidder on the Buynet Platform, but Buynet will not be an interested party.
②Buynet declines any responsibility about any trouble about the Service between sellers, bidders, successful bidders, buyers and third parties. Therefore, in case of any conflict, the interested parties should try to resolve the problem among themselves, and if not, that they resolve said troubles by lawsuits.
